When you’re having scale problems the first place to check is in your scale’s user manual. In your manual you can find instructions for use, model specifications and common errors and solutions.  If you cannot solve your problem with the manual, the warranty information below may be helpful.

 

DALMAN, ON BALANCE AND MYCO WARRANTIES

Dalman offers a three year warranty from the end user’s purchase date in the EU on all products bearing the On Balance, Myco and Dalman name brands. If you are having problems with your scale, please first check the User Manual as common problems can be easily resolved through battery replacement or calibration. If you are unable to solve the problem this way, you must take your scale back to where you purchased it. Dalman offers a warranty service to all wholesalers and shops that buy directly from us so there should be no problem dealing with your vendor and getting a replacement as long as it is within the warranty period. You must keep your purchase receipt and present it with your defective unit. Please keep in mind all issues are not covered by warranty and we strongly advise you to review these guidelines before taking action:

 

GEM TESTER WARRANTIES

Dalman offers a three year warranty from the end user’s purchase date on all testers bearing the Dalman brand. For all testers bearing Mizar or Oris Nelson Brands, the warranty period is 2 years. If you are having problems with your tester and it is within the warranty period, you must take your tester back to where you purchased it. Dalman offers a warranty service to all wholesalers and shops that buy directly from us so there should be no problem dealing with your vendor and getting a replacement as long as your tester is not damaged from abuse or lack of TLC. You must keep your purchase receipt and present it with your defective unit. Please keep in mind all issues are not covered by warranty and we advise you to review these guidelines before taking action:

We feel it is important to reinforce that the testers do not require any pressure between the nib and stone when testing. Any testers returned with bent or broken nibs will be charged for repair. Please refer to the Nov 2013 Memo for further details.

TANITA WARRANTY
